Mark first started using catastrophe models as a reinsurance broker in the mid-1980s. He was with RMS from 1991 to 1999 and worked in all aspects of the company’s developing business, including product development, analytical services, consulting, and sales and support, where he assisted in the establishment of the RMS London office. In 1999 he joined Wellington Underwriting and led the development of group-wide catastrophe data and risk management capabilities. Mark returned to RMS in 2009 and is now managing the Business Consulting Group in Professional Services, offering risk strategy, solution design, and implementation services.
